I fasten the seat belt and then pull the shoulder strap all the way out so that it activates the child seat lock. Then pull it tight and feed as much into the receiver as possible. This stops both the buckle and the seat rattle.

Most of the rattling is actually the seat belt rubbing on the leather/vinyl. Test it by moving the seatbelt 2mm in each direction while it is touching the seat.
I put some furry velcro on the areas that rub and it eliminated most of the noise. You can see where it rubs, just look for the shiny area under the seat belt.
Furry velcro can also be used in the area where the seat belt bangs against the door.

Yeah, that's annoying too.
For the rattle though, just move the seat forward a click or two. If it can't touch what's behind it, it can't rattle against it. Common sense.

Mine rattles and it drives me friggin crazy. Its not rattling against the back, I can move it all the way up and it still rattles. I just turn the radio up or put the windows/top down.

Mine was rattling when it was completely pushed back so I move it up two clicks and it stopped.
