Will Kodokan be having anymore "Group buy" seatlocks? If Not does he still have them for purchase?

Just PM him and he'll send you the information on how to purchase a set. They're 61 bucks and I think the group buy price was like 60. I just sent him payment for a set about a week ago, I'm still waiting for them.

 

Yes they are still available. I just mailed him a check on Friday for my seat locks.. just shoot him a PM.
