Thanks Lateott for the vote of confidence. In the words of the infamous Richard Nixon "I am not a thief" And if I was I would be a poor one 'cause I can't even take seats out.

good or ill intentions aside. this thread has now documented, for all the world to see, what specific sockets are need to remove a high-valued target for thieves.

this would have been a question better answered via PM.

At least edit GFactor's post to take out the socket sizes, please! We don't wanna make it too easy, do we? Should we tell them to use a medium extension - to keep their little nuckles from getting scraped on the seat rails?

Thankfully I have Kodokan's seat locks now, but not everyone does.

What is going on in here!?! I don't think a thief would not know how to take a seat out. This is ridiculous...

whats to stop a theif from buying from the GB hehe are they all the same keys??

question about the seat locks.. does it include a sticker for the window?

wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to just replace one bolt on each seat. i mean you don't put wheel locks on every lug nut, just one per wheel. i think you really just need 2 to prevent theft and it would make the seat lock price 1/2 . about 30 beans which is more affordable.

or someone can order seat locks and two ppl can share it. i dunno
