Default Seats causing leg cramps?

Lately I think my OEM seats have been giving me leg cramps. Specifically my hip adductors/groin muscles. After sitting in the car for more than 20 or 30 minutes my groin muscles are absolutely killing me for the rest of the day.

Is this because I'm sitting too far or close from the pedals? Or is it just the design of the seats?

I drove 17 hours with no problems. I'd suggest adjusting your seat

I'd say too close.

The 350Z drives my legs and lower back insane but the S doesn't. I've noticed that on the Z the seat is further from the floorboard than the S hence my thinking you are too close to the pedals which makes your legs bend more like mine do in the Z.

The S is a smaller cabin area... but i drove 8 hours and didn't feel that bad... just tired. Maybe try adjusting the seat a little bit... might help

I've also driven long distance in my S and I found the seats to be very comfortable.

make sure your lower back is touching the back of the seat, sit up. then adjust for the distance of your legs. then adjust the tilt. Good luck

Do you keep your wallet in your back pocket while driving?

This wrecks my lower back, hip, and other areas.

Backpressure? GF away or something?

J/K... it could be your diet, too much caffeine, not enough potassium and calcium.

Try a cushion, either under you or behind you to change your posture.

When I drove my MY05 (without the lowered seat), I used to have to stop and stretch every hour or so because of my slouching...

With the lowered seat in my MY07 (and a more upright driving position), no more issues.
