Default SEATS REPLACED!

So I picked up my car from Progressive yesterday. They had replaced $12,000 worth of seats, steering wheel, seatbelts, etc that were ripped out of my vehicle earlier in the month.
Too bad they replaced my 06 seats with 05 seats... with the hole in the headrest. Not that I care as the seats seem similar, but this is a leased vehicle due back in 5 months - and I'm not about to run the risk of returning my 06 with old seats since those fockers are expensive.
Apparently Progressive doesn't even have the right seats in their parts system - so they have to "research" the issue to even locate the right part numbers.

Lame.

At least they detailed my car, which needed it badly. I guess you get something for your hard earned premiums.

If you don't care about the seats personally, I would guess there is a 99.999999% chance of your dealership taking ANY notice upon lease return. I'd say even if they did notice, they wouldn't care.

I believe that the 06 seats have an air bag sensor in them also, where the 05 and before don't.

Refuse the car until it is correct. Progressive is not the body shop doing the work. Blame the shop, not Progressive.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Airbag sensors are a safety item and they ****ed it up.

You need to check with the guy on here that sells the McGard sourced seat locks. I just flew back from our NY plant today and brought a set back with me. (I'm the SE sales mgr for McGard Special Products Division)

Your dealer wouldn't know

However, for safety reasons ... I would get Progressive to get it right
