06 and later seat rails have a seat position sensor for the driver's seat and seat weight sensors on the passenger seat rail.

I don't see how 12K doesn't get new OEM seats instead of used junkyard seats.

I see it. It looks like the body shop just made a killing off the insurance company's dime, charging $12,000 when it probably cost them less than half that much to do the work/parts.
