Default Seats and warranty?

Has anyone had any success with trying to claim the seats under warranty? The sides of the seats where I sit barely provide any more support. I sat in an 02 recenty and it's such a huge difference. Not to mention, some of the red color has faded in a few large areas on the back of the seats. But's it's the support on the sides that bugs me. Anyone had any luck with this? BTW, I have almost 25K miles.

Thanks.

The seats are definitely not covered under warranty. Some people, however, have complained about the cracking in the leather and gotton replacements by their dealer as a goodwill gesture. Of course, you'll be hard pressed to find a dealer who gives a rats ass.

Seats are like tires, they are considered a wear item. The lines you get are considered a normal wear and tear condition.

Red Blur do you mean the side bolsters of the seats are somehow not as stiff as they were when new? If that's true, you may have a warranty case, the seats shouldn't lose any of the proper shape or support they had when new. Exterior finish (appearance of leather) won't be warrantyable though.
