Default Sebring Silver pics

Okay, I stopped by the local dealer this morning to take some pics. They've got brand new 2001 and 2002 silvers but they both still have the protective plastic on them and they weren't washed so they're not the greatest pics. Still, it'll give you an idea. I'm uploading these as the original 640x480 pics so I'm just going to post the links to most of them here (that way, slow net connectors don't have to wait for every pic to load). I mentioned in a post last night that the two silvers didn't look that different next to each other but that was in the afternoon sun. With the morning sun, they looked very different and it is somewhat apparent in the pics.

First, here's the two silvers (Sebring on top, Silverstone on the bottom):

Here's the new radio (by request):

New floor mat hooks:

The old and new tail lights:

Here's some pics of the roof from the inside (I'm not that familiar with the old one so I couldn't tell you the differences or if these pics will help the experts do so):

Front end pics (new on top, old on bottom):

New vs. old Honda logo:

By the way, I measured the logos (?!) and the old one is approximately 2 3/16" and the new is about 2 5/8" from top to bottom.

Other misc pics:

I took these pics at Honda of Lisle, Illinois. They've currently got seven S2000s in stock. Six are 2001s (3 yellows (one is a demo), 2 black, 1 red, 1 Silverstone). The only 2002 they have is the Sebring Silver in the pics. All the cars (except for two of the yellows) are still under wraps in their back lot. Here's a pic of them:

The salesperson I spoke with was Sam Gage (630-852-7200) and he was very friendly and seemed to know his stuff. He said they will ship cars for about $800 (in case someone can't find a car in other parts of the country). I didn't discuss price with him but other dealers in the area are selling at list so they shouldn't be too far off. Some of the cars have already been accessorized though. I've got no ties to the dealership. It's not the right time for me to buy though so I wanted to pass this info along in case someone is having a hard time finding one. If Sam isn't in, ask for Paul Abdishi. I initially dealt with him and he was also very friendly (for a car salesman)!

I'm going to probably have to take these pics down in a week or so, so please save them if you want them!

Thanks a ton for he pics, Undertow. That's a good comparison of the silvers in the same light setting. I'm not as fond of the lighter silver. I may have to go with Spa Yellow instead.
