Your choice unfortunately is going to be controlled by what year you want. Sebring replaced Silverstone in MY02. If you choose the Siverstone, then you are forced into a MY01 or earlier.

I personally prefer the silverstone/Black which is what I have. I have seen a MY02 Sebring around by me that looks fine, but is no match for the Silverstone. IMHO.

A lot of people compare Sebring to the cheaper-looking silver used by other manufacturers (see above), or even lower-end Hondas. It's actually a very complex color...it displays different properties under different light. It's a rich color that looks like no other silver to me. So is Silverstone. The bottom line is you need to compare them both in person. Once I had the chance to do that, I preferred Sebring. And like many of you, I lovedSilverstone. Here are the two colors parked by each other for you to compare. Best of luck to you!!

Wow Station, do you hold s2k meets at ur house?? where is Elk Grove.

Anyways, I'd go sebring silver/red. Classy and clean looking. Also, I like the way the color deceives the eye in different lightings.

Not true. For MY2003 Honda is making both Silverstone and Sebring so he can get a new one of either color.

IMO, I like the silverstone better - so much so in fact that I bought an '01 rather than the '02. Admittedly, Part of it was I couldn't have the same color that a co-worker has on his WRX.

Silverstone looks grey, where the sebring looks silver to me. Its all presonal preference, and they are bringing back silverstone for '03 supposedly.

I think Sebring has several advantages.

One... I prefer lighter colors.

Two... when dirty, Lighter looks better. A dirty Silverstone looks like 'Battle-ship' gray. Dirty does happen some time.

Finally, It seems like every other S2000 I see is Silverstone.

Two pennies.

Whoever said the Silverstone has a deeper wetter look when Zaino'd is right on the money.

My cousin has A Sebring (well Porsches silver) Boxster S.

I recently spent a day with him. He has 7 coats of Zaino to my 3 coats on Silverstone. Even though he has way more coats on, Silverstone way outshines it.

I have a the new silver, and its "okay" looking, almost looks white in the right lighting conditions..

But honestly, I get 1/4th the number of compliments on it as I did with my Black S2K.

... on the other hand, its AMAZINGLY easy to keep clean.

It's such a personal, subjective decision. I really love my Sebring Silver Metallic w/ Red Leather!!
