Whats this secret compartment in thr S that everyone mentions now and again?

Ive only had mine for a month and i cant find any other storage areas apart from the drop down compartment at the back of the centre console..

not sure about drop down? thes the onewere your windscreen is attached to it lifts up

 

OK I'll break all the rules and tell you.

Open the compartment where the trunk-release is.

Inside that, there's a little latch at the top that opens the area above that compartment (the plastic windscreen will fold back with the cover).

TADA!!! There's the no-longer-secret compartment.

I'm breaking all the rules by telling you and I'll probably be banned for life from the site of course.

 

Oh no! Now everybody knows!

Don't forget the fuel door release!

Haha, funny you should mention that.

When I first bought my S, I drove it out and went straight to the petrol station to fill up. Parked up, engine off, and sat there looking for the fuel door release. Looked everywhere! Ended up calling up the guy who sold it to me, and had to follow his instructions Exactly to find it!... " Get out of the car!, kneel down, put your head over the kick plate, and LOOK LEFT!"

Oh yeah...RHD. I guess the word "Petrol" should have tipped me off.

So I guess the fuel door is on the right side of the car as well?

 

My JDM Fuel door is on the left.
