Quick question for you all... I really didn't want to post such a dumb question so I searched for this like crazy, but to no avail...

Is the secret compartment suppose to have have a piece of carpet at the bottom in both the smaller and the larger sections?

I think (from memory) my small front one has carpeting, the one for sunglasses, but i can't remember if the larger rear one has carpeting.

 

I can double check later but I'm pretty sure there's some
Black fabric at the bottom of both.

I only have a pad for the smaller compartment.

 

I also only have the pad for the smaller section. Is there anyone who has a carpeted pad for the larger section of the secret compartment?

The small section on my 06' also has a carpeted pad. The larger one does not.

 

Yep, only the smaller of the two has padding at the bottom... but this give me an idea to line the insides of the compartments with felt or something so my random stuff doesn't rattle around!
Although my windscreen has ALWAYS rattled like a mofo when either in the up or down position and I never could figure that out, which is far more annoying...
