hi guys im from the philippines and i just had a good deal with a guy who is selling me his 1996 acura nsx .......you think i should sell my s2000 and get the nsx???? thanks!!!

 

Why do you want an NSX? Just because its available? That's not a good reason imo.

But with the lack of information you provided, we can't even start another one.

 

its a yellow 1996 model nsx.in the philippines there are only about 7-10 s2000 owners and 3-5 nsx owners...

when it comes to performance which whould perform better ?? the nsx or s2000?? thanks!!!

 

unless you are w2w racing, "performance" doesn't mean much. Test drive it and decide for yourself. Thats the only way you can do it. If you are happy w/ your s, I would say to not bother to change.

 

nsx is a sweet looking ride, but it'll be a tough daily... i don't know if you have the s for daily or weekend driver... but if it will not cost you more, then i don't see why not...

NSX is Honda's original supercar. assuming the status symbol is important to you, since you pointed out the scarcity of both ride. like jungliano said... if it will not cost you much... i dont see why not....

try to drive it to get a feeling, don't base your decision from what other pip will tell you.

and if you dont track your car... performance won't matter much... they're both pathetic at the straights.. stop lights at EDSA... LOL

S2k is just as fast as NSX and could also be even faster.

 

I drove an NSX and was not really impressed. The S2000 has a better ride in my opinion.

I mean, for as much as your paying for a 12 year old car, I wouldn't do it.
