Sell OEM rims or keep em?
I have the factory rims and rubber gathering dust. I don't see me rotating them in during the winter but I am told that the weather can be a hardship on the chrome on my SSR's.
Any thoughts on this Does anyone actually run stock during the winter?

I have a set of aftermarket wheels and tires for winter, and I decided that if I decide to go with a set of aftermarket wheels and tires for summer, I would keep the OEMs.
My thinking is that I would fare better trading in the car stock or selling it stock and selling any aftermarket parts separately.

If you guys only knew.
OEM wheel is classy made exclusively by Enkei for S2000. If OEM wheels were aftermarket wheels and people saw how good and classy it looks, it would be in thing to have em but since we have it as OEM, we tend to take em for granted.
I am talking about 00-03 wheels. BTW, 04 wheels are nice too.
Keep your oem wheels.

I kept mine and put some winter tires on it (when I had the car).
It all depends on your location. If you don't have any winters in Cali, then NO/Sell it and make some $$ on it, but if you do, then definitely keep it. Just keep in mind that most wheels only go for $4-500 on average at best.
What will you be driving over the winter season or do you even have those? Those SSR's must have Summer Only on them I'm guessing.

It only rains where I live and never gets below 30F. So I went out today to move them and noticed that the tread on all of them is easily 85-95% there. It sucks only getting 500ish for them so now I am leaning on keeping them. I will go back and forth on them for a while.
