how much do you guys think i could get for my stook? it's a 2000 model, with every single dealer option on it, and upgraded sound system, a slick handsfree system that works with nokia's, paint / leather / fabric protection warranty (weather damage / stains), and about 13000 miles on it. runs just fine.

my family's having some $$ problems...i might just have to part with her

that sucks man.. its gonna be hard to sell till spring rolls around. i'd think at least 28k.. possibly 30k.. but who knows.. people buy themfor over 40k new here in dallas.. and a dealership in houston actually managed getting 35k for a used silver/black w/ 5k miles.

Dude, hang in there! The market is moving up! I'm only 50% down from a year ago now. I was 60% down about a month ago.

That sucks. I hope things work out for you. Like Insomniak says, winter is a BAD time to sell a convertible. If you can hold out, try to get to Spring. You know, Spring in California is really not that far away. If I recall you live or work in Mountainview. I believe we met at Rylan's dyno day.

Hey, I paid $35K ($38K after taxes and stuff) for mine used not 5 months ago. It had way more than 5K miles on it. You see, there will be someone who has to have it bad. Especially when the warm weather comes around.

Dude, that sucks man. I think you should wait till spring, and by then the market should be better so you may be able to keep the car. If the market doesn't improve, which it looks like it will, but if it doesn't, then you'll probably get the a better price for the car in spring anyway. But.. if you have to sell, send me an email of what your looking at for in price, and maybe someone I know may want it.

Maybe huyto would be interested in buying your car. If he keeps spinning out on freeway ramps, he's bound to need another car pretty soon. Good luck.
