Grand Honda had lots of advertisements for the 2002 models back in October/November (actually, I used one of their ads to get a "price match"). I personally thought that the sales guy I talked to was a weasel, but they did sell the cars at those prices...

Bought MY'02 from Moss Motors in Lafayette, LA.
Ordered it in silver/black on 1 Feb, delivered to my door 4 weeks later. Cost was $31.5k with no extras though, of course, add tax, tags and delivery.
Very happy with everything as I transacted everything on the phone and e-mail. Unfortunately, woman I dealt with has since left the dealership so not sure what they offer these days.

In Chicago, contact Carrs Honda and ask for Joe Keating or the sales manager Wayne. They're both really nice and they provide great customer service for your car if needed. I'm sure they can get you $31K, I believe they have an 02' Silver/Black in stock now.
Grand Honda will sell you their 02' Silver/Red for $30,220. I asked about 4 weeks ago. A guy named Brett gave me that price when I went in there, but I wanted a yellow. I doubt they'll order one for $31K, because I asked already.
Continental Honda would be a good choice also.
Another dealer in indiana called Harbor Honda have one a yellow one in stock and they said they're willing to sell for $31K out the door. I'm not sure if they have it anymore, but give em a call.
DO NOT GO TO CASTLE HONDA! Bad experience there.

I just put a deposit on a Suzuka Blue in Milwaukee, WI. I talked them down to $30, 146. I know they also have 2 Silver S's coming in at the same time (in a about 2 weeks) and as far as I know no one has them on hold yet.
