I need to unfortunately sell my S2K, and I have an offer of $33.5k. The car has 1500 miles, and has rear spoiler, and factory alarm. Good number?

That is above MSRP, I'd go for it. You have an exceptionally low mileage car. If you could stand to wait, you may get a little more. However; know that the 2001 models are out and that those who are willing to wait can get them at the 33K MSRP.

Dealers are only offering $30K for used ones from what I have heard (and experienced from a freind).

 

Just so you know, my local dealer here in SoCal has 2 used S2k's (red and black/black). One has 2000 miles, and the other has 2600 miles. The asking price for each? $39k!!!!!!!

 

and me without financing....*sigh*...
