That is above MSRP, I'd go for it. You have an exceptionally low mileage car. If you could stand to wait, you may get a little more. However; know that the 2001 models are out and that those who are willing to wait can get them at the 33K MSRP.
Dealers are only offering $30K for used ones from what I have heard (and experienced from a freind).
