SF Bay Area Sightings!
guess there's no shortage of silver s2000's on the roads of san francisco/san jose. within 2.5 hours, i witnessed 4 silver beauties on the road! two top up--two top down.... not to mention one Z8, two viper coupes, and three carrera convertibles. aren't there any other colors in the bay area? as a matter of fact, saw yet another silver s2K yesterday on I-280 south.
where are the other colors?!

ha. I was probably one of those silvers you saw on 280 south on Saturday night (around 6pm?) I saw another silver a couple of weeks ago in the city with that looked like an inflatable alien tied to the back. Either that or the cold was affecting my brain...

In a round about way I realized that there are allot of S2k's in the Bay Area. I get a decent amount of looks while driving my silver/red one around up here. But last week I drove to LA for business(101 and 1 are a blast in this car!!) and I couldn't believe it. I have never had so many people breaking their neck and pointing their finger at me. It felt like I was driving a Ferrari or something. I asked one guy who came up to me at a gas station what the deal was and he said he had never seen one before.
I guess the Bay Area loves Honda's because I have seen at least 15 different S2k's up here.

I could have been one of the Silver S2000's that you spotted on 280 with the top down (top up? for shame). I saw a Silver S2000 on El Camino with a nasty dent right on the back Honda emblem.
The S2000 is still far more uncommon than the Z3, TT or Boxster in the Bay Area.
