Default Shaved The "H" Out Of The Airbag!

This one wasn't easy. I'll post all of the details later, but it's not like shaving the wheel caps. I just wanted to get the pic posted:

Nice, you are completely "H-less" now? No hood or trunk emblems, wheel emblems, and steering wheel emblem....any left?

A good shrink could probably tell you why you did that!

The job is difficult, because the "H" doesn't come off with paint stripper, although the clear coat comes off fine (but I don't know what would happen if the paint stripper were to get on the vinyl airbag!). The "H" must be anodized onto the cap.

After I sanded off the black "H" I found out that the "H" is actually stamped into the metal!! So the metal, itself, needed to be shaved down. This has to be done without touching the surrounding vinyl.

I might polish it out a little more, but it is already much shinier than the OEM version. I'm trying to get the finish to match my Voodoo shift knob.

I'll post a pic of it installed later today.

all over it? it dosent say honda anywhere on it...

you get a little H on the front, back, wheels and steering wheel. tring to pass it off as an exotic? perhaps you have a brand name complex? i think dr.ruth wrote a paper on this...

you bought a honda, get over it. better yet, be proud of it.

as for the wheel, looks a little nekked. though you seemed to have removed it properly so i give ya a for craftmenship and a for final product.
