Default Shifted into Reverse while

I just read the manual and it says specifically NOT to do this. I don't know why I did it tonight, but I did. The manual doesn't say anything about what gets damaged from doing this (just says that you will damage the car). I didn't hear any gears grinding, but I did hear a slight clunk once I got into reverse.

What did I do? Anything to worry about?

I do it sometimes, no biggie. Same thing as if you are rolling backwards and you shift in to first. It just grinds a bit when you do it into reverse. Something about gears still spining the wrong way or something.

The reverse gear is rotating the opposite ways as your forward gears, thats why you can't shift into reverse when going over like 3 mph. All you did was slam your gears to a stop and start turning them the other way. I wouldn't do it again, but I doubt you hurt anything.
