man, i really NEED a white MY04/05 s2000, but a red and black interior isnot offered in the US. i gotta get a silverstone metallic for that interior (which i dont mind too much but i highly prefer white). im just wondering if anyone knows the deal with getting an S2000 from canada and the troubles that come along with it

Or just PM him. He does stuff like interior swaps. I'm sure he'd be willing to help you out. The problem with this one is that you need three cars to do it with though b/c silver and tan don't go. It would be easy for you to find someone to swap out a black interior though.

With the exchange rate... importing from Canada to the US will cost you an arm and a leg... its $49K CAD here + about 15% taxes (in Ontario)....

IMO... it's best to just buy a GPW/Tan and switch out the tan for red... It'll be cheaper.. a lot cheaper.. and a lot less hassles of bringing the car across the border.
