Ooo, that's a great question! I would be interested in one of those! I know that Alldata comes on CD and DVD, actually. I hope someone here knows if the Helms manual is on CD, too...

Bueller? Anyone?!

How come? I use the shop manual all the time, but it is real handy in the garage where the car is and PC is not.. I do keep it in the study (by the PC) most of the time.

Since Helm is in the business of selling books I would guess that they would not see a real advantage to offering the machine readable media.

Yeah, there's nothing like the shape and smell of a well used, worn shop manual. My old VW Idiot Guide has torn, dog-eared pages, a well worn patina and is full of memories. That red splotch - from when I skinned my knuckles doing what seemed to be the millionth valve adjustment. That black smear - from the 2nd engine rebuild.

So far, the Helm manual is pretty clean. I've become a lot more careful and the car is a heck of a lot newer .

I ordered mine from Helm directly (800) 782-4356. It cost about $70 plus shipping. I figure that it has saved me at least that much since I've started referring to it for servicing my car. For some reason, there is no listing for an S2000 Shop Manual on their website.

Whether on paper or CD, hopefully Rick can build a leather case for it.

(Just giving you grief, Rick.)

I think you can get it from Helm online also, www.helminc.com.

I tried finding info on an S2K service manual at their website, but their search engine can't find it .
