Hi. I recently decided to buy a car, but the problem is; which to choose? I've thought about it for a while and I've come to these choices. Honda S2000, Acura NSX, Mazda RX-8, or the new Lancer Evolution VIII MR. I want a car that won't lag behind, I might use it for street racing if I get good enough (will never happen.......lol). I just need your opinion. Thanks!

 

you are a strange car shopper.. nice&shinny.. first of all shouldn't you decide some sort of budget?? a new acura nsx is upward of $100k, buddy. lancers are fun and really fast but i do not like the trend of the 4-door awd layout. driver placement and handling characteristics are strange. the mazda rx-8 is a nice car. it is well priced and fairly sporty. i loved the look of the car at first but now that i see them all the time i do not like the 4 door concept. makes the car too big and ruins the rx badge. they should have reserved the name for stripped down racers like the legendary rx-7. anyways.. as you have probably realized by now (being that you are at s2ki.com!!) i strongly prefer the s2000 out of this group of cars. i guess its because i'm a handles kind of guy. the most beautiful by far.. imo even better looking than the nsx.. the car is brilliant to drive and is not bloated like the mazda. Sure the 4 cylinder is small but its a technological wonder even after 5 years and i don't ever have to complain about $55 a barrel oil. Sure you could get a turbo neon srt and smoke an s2000 in a straight line but god damn you look like a cake sitting all upright on nasty nylon cloth seats in that ugly mess of machinery on your stupid little alloys and your overdramatic spoiler and then leaning down to change gears with your long shifter all sticking up out of the floor by your feet. i look like a pimp in my s2k. get one and you will too.

 

 

Dude, choose the car you want. The NSX is going to cost you, but your budget is probably larger than mine...not saying anything.... -cough- rich person -cough-. Nah, but choose the car that you feel right with, I suggest a test drive then before to get the feel. Try it on a terrain that you would be driving on most of all whether its Street, dirt, or whatever. I highly suggest the S2000, but the Rx-8 is good too. If you plan to get a Mitsu Lancer Evo 8 MR though, I really really suggest you hurry because they aren't making many this year. Choose the car that represents you.

 

I suggest changing your name from nice&shinny to nice&shiny, which is probably what you meant when you picked it.
