Default should i buy!?!?!?

Theres an s2000 for sale for $10,975 about 100+ miles away form my house. But heres the catch, it has 122,429 miles on it. Is this way to many miles to even consider, and how long do you think an s2000 could run if it was taken care of. And im sure i could talk them down to atleast $10,000 if not trade in my car for it.

So i shoulnd't even consider buying this s2000 at all. It looks really clean in the pictures and really well taken care of. Any more suggestions?

Depends how much driving you're going to do and how long you plan to keep the car. If you can get it for 10K, not bad at all, but you can also save another 4-5K and get one with half the miles.

hell no. the price is low. but the mileage is way high (although it's not high for that year, it's just too high to justify you buying it as a car for your enjoyment). even if mileage didn't matter, i wouldn't go with a 2000 model because it was the first year and had a few small quirks that were fixed in the later years.

Dude 122k miles S2000 and MY00, seats and everything are probably worned out unless someone replaced them already. 80k Miles should be the Max.

Talk them down to $9000 and get the car. It's a Honda. It will be good for another 75,000 miles.

PS: People on here are anal about their cars... which isn't a bad thing. But back in the day, they had threads about not buying the car because it had 40 miles on it and the car could be totally destroyed from VTECing it before 600 miles.

^lmao.

I would definitely stay away from it though. IMO no matter what the owner says how the car was taken care of and driven like a baby, I'm not gonna even listen with such a high mileage car. I mean.. just think about it. $10k S2K ><
