I personally like Rio more than Spa. I owned a Silverstone for five years before buying the Rio in 06. It is a bit more golden color than Spa. But if it's a good deal, go for it!

I have always hated the color yellow. But when i saw a yellow s2000 in person the first time, that thing was gorgeous.

GPW is the best color, but its so hard to find for a good price.

Spa=

I originally wanted GPW with red. Now I do still love that color combo, I don't think I could trade my SPA for one. It is definately a beautiful color on the S.

But all in all you will be happy with either color, because at the end of the day you will still have one of the best cars on the road.

I've had a Spa for a while now and I too have mixed feelings. I've always wanted the car in white or suzuka-like. I bought the car cuz it was a sick deal at the time and fell in love with the color- it shows off all the lines of the car much better than any other color, IMO, just because it's so bright. On the other hand, the color makes the car look funny shaped to me from some angles, like it's lines aren't sharp enough without the front lip...I am a stickler for symmetry and clean lines, so I think I have managed to get the car where I'm pretty happy with it, but the color can get tiring (I guess that happens with lots of colors though).

It also catches a lot of attention, so if you decide to buy it, be careful not to make it look tacky, or lose the classiness of the car. You'll be the first one that everyone sees, lol. and I really mean it. On a crowded road and with an intake as the only sound affecting mod, I notice LOTS of people staring to the point that they will swerve or run into/ walk off of a curb. It's a flattering color, and I have never had someone say otherwise...even from ferrari, lambo, M3/5/6, porsche, Lotus owners. Have had awesome comments from all, especially about the color.

In the end I guess I wouldn't trade it for any other color.

We can't tell you what you will like because we all have different tastes. It sounds like you're just looking for approval on what your mind has already set. I actually wanted a Spa yellow until I saw the Suzuka blue in detailed pictures. Both are beautiful as well as the others colors, but you have to go with the one that strikes your heart and makes you want to drive it.

If I were buying new, I would personally never buy a Spa. However if I were buying used, color would be at the bottom of my list. Lets admit it guys, they are all pretty.
Condition
milage
Price
Color- or very close to this order with color on the bottom.
The OP found the car and if the price is right, buy it.

I fell in love with my Spa as soon as I saw it. Whoring some pics might help your decision.

I don't know abut you guys, but I don't look at other drivers, but still I see everyone's heads turned toward me when I'm turning into traffic.
