Should I return to N/A after turbo?
Well it's not that I'd be SET on an AP2 - but that if I got rid of the turbo I'd have to accept that the car would be slow and that I'd rather have the updated stuff and newer car. I'm not a fan of the AP2 wheels or rear bumper so that stuff would come off right away...
Does anyone know if the thinner Spoon or JDM headgasket is available anywhere? If I went N/A again it'd be nice to have a little more compression to play with.

It's easier to negotiate for another turbo later than a new S2000. And at least you'll still have the car you love, even if it is slower.
Certainly not #2. Modding sports cars is a money draining affair that'll wreck any new marriage between young people.
Hell, I'm 42 and have finally tucked away enough emergency money to maintain my toys, yet I still caught a boat load of crap when my slave cylinder blew out and I had to spend $200 to get it towed from 45 miles away. It's not the one event that worries a woman (generalization, no offense to those gals who mod cars), it's the certainty that it will happen again...and again. And it will.
Do the right thing and spare her that agony until you can easily afford the hobby.
