Default Side marker harness

I'm looking to replace my side marker harness. The previous owner seem to have cut it for some reason. On my 2003 S it seems to have 3 wires (2 green/red + 1 black wire) but I'm only seeing harnesses online with 2 wires. Can I just connect the two green wires into one? tia

Wiring diagram only shows a cable with two (2) wires to the "side turn signal light." Called a turn signal 'cuz that's all it does, it ain't a marker. Only flashes with the turn signals/hazards. Green/Red (power) and Black (ground) on the left side. Green/Yellow and Black on the right side. Same color wires as the front and rear turn signals. The connectors are common Honda parts so you may be able to make your own cable and not purchase a wiring harness.

The Green/Red wiring may go straight thru to the read turn signals. I assume they work?

I don't see any notes that this differs by model year.
