Frank Kent Motor Co. in Ft. Worth has a silver 2001 S2000 arriving next month. They will be selling it at MSRP if anyone's interested. Please call 800-553-2111 and ask for Tonya. Also please mention my name Larry.
Damn, mine is still no where in site.

Larry, what was it Tonya ended up mailing to you? Have they told you anything encouraging?

Thanks for the post wirejock! I love it when people post "S2000 available for MSRP" posts. I'll use it as a bargaining chip once I'm ready to get the S2000.

I misunderstood. She said she would be sending something when my car was delivered. She still won't tell me what it is. Just that it's a suprise. I asked her to check on the order. She's going to ask. The Silver one was the first allottment. So if I'm number three, I'm still looking at early '01 for delivery.

It's going to be a very long winter, isn't it. But it makes me look forward to Spring.

Did you ask if there were any unsold allottments? I just called and Tonya told me she thought there were 6 out of 9 sold. So they should have a couple of allottments left. You'll have to wait like the rest of us though. That's the heartbreaker.

Larry

sniffle, sniffle, I love you man! Can I have your budweiser since I can't have my stook until NEXT YEAR! Just kidding. I want to screw as many price gouging dealers as I can and make a few folks really happy in the process. Honestly though she still has a few left at MSRP for anyone interested.
