Default Silver S2K spotted in Italy

Spotted a silver S2K, (license number DT408R?) on highway A-4 just going west just before the Bergamo exit. Was it anyone here? The only one we saw in two weeks in Northern Italy. Saw piles of boxsters, TT's, Z-3's, 996's, SLK's and even more miatas, but only one beautiful S2k(it could of used a bath though) in the two weeks that we were there.

Did get to see a number of ferrari's. There was a rally in Pisa, of about 30, various colors and types. Then the occasional one on the open road. Fell in love with a blue 360 spider in a parking lot. What a beauty. Butterscotch leather with brushed aluminum interior.

There are not many hondas in Italy. Plenty of Japanese cars, but honda does not appear to be very popular.

Yea I just got back from a 17 day trip in Europe and while I saw plenty of Porsches, Ferrari's , BMW's , Merc's , and Audi's, I saw only one S2K my whole trip and it was in Rome of all places. It also happened to be the rather rare color of Blue .

I just got back from a couple of weeks there visiting my wife's family.

I agree, almost no Honda's. I saw two Stooks in Turin (Silver Red--still the best color combo ) and one silver black.

Hugh

I may be the only one but I love the Smart Car and Fiats Multipla.

Last time I was in Italy I asked the retnal car agent why I didn't see many Honda's on the road in Italy. He said that was because their quality was one of the worst in the industry. It's amazing what perception will do to the popularity of a marquis. Of course I thought to myself, yeah, and we in the States are climbing over each other to get in in line for Fiats.

Another Silver Stook was sighted in Italy:
Date and Time: june 26, about noon
Location: going north on main street in Castellina in Chianti

Both wife and I jumped in our rented MB car seat as if seeing a very close dear friend....
