Sorry, I haven't bought one yet so I don't have an owner's manual or a gas cap cover. I was putting cheap-o unleaded in my Toyota today and wondering if I'd have to pony up for premium when I bought an S2K.

yep you do. but don't worry, gas prices are at they're lowest right now in years so lets enjoy $2.45/gallon of chevron gas here in california thats 91 octane already. i'm trying to drive as much as i please until after xmas... coz thats when gas prices hike again

ha ha cali is still at 2.45 ha ha here in good ole oklahoma we are down to a whomping 1.79 for 91 lol its GREAT!

but back to the thread...EMOORE dont worry too much about spending for the 91 it doesnt really add up too much more. even when we were at the highest prices it was only like 5 bux more per tank then 89. plus you only got a 10 gallon tank and 26-28 mpg! its not too bad!

Well, I guess that's the price we pay for having awesome weather and tons of great roads.

Use 91+ (though it can take 89 or lower in emergencies)
