single or duel exhaust?

Which is better, single or duel exhaust for an s2k? Anyone know about how much power you can get from an s2000 going na with toda cams?

I'm no expert, but from what I can gather, in general single is less constricive. Toda cams if set up correctly I believe can get 15-20 WRHP?
