Sleeper Integra et moi
i was annoyed by this seemingly mildly modified, lowered teg (GS-R, i think, it's got a VTEC plate on the back) with some yellow/bronze wheels tucked in nicely on Pico Blvd. (Pico, btw, is a rather large street) who was driving really slow. i changed lanes and proceeded to speed up. to no one's surprise, he sped up too. as my tach hit 6K, i smiled and thought about the surprise i was hiding. well, i was really surprised when i wasn't gaining much in 2nd at 7K rpm - that is, until i heard the "swiiiiissshhhhhh" from that teg.
i keep forgetting that tegs can be turbocharged.

And I'm sure the guy is telling tales to his ghetto friends about how he "laid the smack down" on an S2K.
Just as I will never externally mod my S2000, I won't race any visibly modded cars. I still believe car developers are artists, that I'm buying a work of art, and modifying your car is like cleaning off an odd paint mark from the Mona Lisa. That's purely my opinion.
Honda S2000: It's the perfection combined with the faults that made me fall in love with it.

No, I'm not REVS... I guess I wasn't clear in the previous post, let me explain:
I love mods, but I like mods that improve the car, such as better exhaust, supercharger, radio, etc.. I plan on doing these to my car. I'm just not a fan of chroming, neon lights, huge spoilers, and other things at are there just to attract attention, especially on an inherently gorgeous car like the S2K.
I think everyone is entitled to their own tastes and vision, so I don't want everyone to think that this is how I believe people should be. I'll leave this topic at that, no offense intended.
