i used the lamin-x kit...smoked version. Lets 83% of the light through yet looiks pretty dark

yep! it's love/hate. i got mixed feelings. it looks clean but it may look better in berlina.

what % did you use? i have a berlina black and i plan on taking my car to my tint guy to get my tails tinted up.

I personally think the black tail lights look best on White and Red color cars..

I will be doing it on my GPW shortly as there is not too many options to customize the look of the AP2 tail lights..
