Default So dissapointed... (spring break mishap)

So awhile ago someone cut my top and stripped the inside. No big deal I have insurance for that and worked out rather well in my favor. Here is the sad part. Took a bit to get my insurance money in hand and then kinda hesitated on whether or not the hardtop or replace the soft.. Midterms came and never got the new top put in.

So I spent the last 4 hours trying to rig something up via duct tape... its impossible. No configuration can take highway at 80 mph sustained. I went through 4 varying configs and possibly number 4 would hold but it was kinda risky...

So my dreams of driving my s2k with the top down along miami beach are shot and have to instead drive my 97 rav 4 I guess there is summer but I was so looking forward to doing it this spring break.

Yeah, I think if you stitched the top instead of taping it. That would prolly work better.

Probably best not to drive the S2k to Miami anyway. That area has a theft ring that appears to specialize in S2ks. It's pretty bad down there.

Get some vinyl and vinyl glue. That might hold.
