Honda tech has it's potential, but it's over-ridden my immature lamers that are bitter that they aren't able to afford a s2k. I love this community because of it's diversity in age, ethnicity, etc. And geez I'm 21 for crying out loud.

One moron said this "y dont u do urself a favor and stay over at s2gayi along with those brainwashed nazis..."

the guy on there fending for s2ki said that if it wasn't for us then the poor guy who needed help would have bought a new window switch instead of trying to reset it, so if s2ki is brainwashed I'm sure the guy on honda-tech would have came up with that solution

WTF? Hater-tech. I frequent Honda-Tech (not so much since I got the S, actually), but it does have a lot of immature kids on it. I usually only check out the All Motor forum and a few others (the "slammed" thread in A/C, haha). It's a great resource if you've got the patience.

The kid is totally off base though. Part of the reason I dig S2KI is that it's such an age-varied community. Car guys and (& girls) shouldn't be separated by age. As far as I'm concerned, we all have something to bring to the table. I'm 24, and I've had a lot of good discussion with people younger than me as well as people more than twice my age. We're all car enthusiasts, and it's all good as far as I care. LoL, get a life? ...I'd like to know how he pays for his S2K, as I've got a pretty decent job and just now reached the point where I feel I can afford to own one (and it's used and financed at that, haha). I'm sure it gets harder once things like home ownership, family, etc. comes into play.

Man I haven't packed my bearing grease in a long time or is it because we're 40 yr old that drive $30k cars around and so old we have memory lost, perhaps the "youngins" or homos (reddots2k, Joey1320,s2killa) at h-t teach us 20 yr old elders how to do it, here's the solution "just buy a new one on ebay" fahahahahahahah

ok. while i agree with you that honda-tech may include many immature users, posts like these aren't exactly conveying a mature attitude on your part.

for what it's worth, the true solution to fixing the driver's side auto-down (i'm assuming this is the issue you're referring to) is to buy a new window regulator. while the reset trick does work, many users report the problem coming back after a few months at most. rather than having to keep resetting my window, i found a used window regulator in the for sale forum here.
