Default So hows Mastergrade these days?..hmmm

Im contemplating on buying a CF rear trunk from them, Did a quick search before posting this, and I would say 90% of the people who bought from them had fitment issues and ranked them as having the worst customer service, I really like some of their products (At least the ones in their site) and has heard numerous " Went into new management" statements, So guys any recent transaction with them?..Many thanks for all your replies.

Well..My friend ordered his CF Lip and it has been two weeks now, so...plus we e-mailed them to see if they sell parts @ EBAY, they said NO, but there's this seller that has a user name of Perrysauction, but i think it was changed to carbon_only a few weeks ago..kinda fishy. I dont like being lied to especially when its that obvious.

Mastergrade sponsored one of the S2000 events down here in San Diego by providing a little prize for the raffle.

I managed to win it. Great, but wasn't able to claim yet--even after numerous phone calls and emails to them I did not receive any response.

The prize isn't worth my time, so I stopped and will not do business with them under any circumstances.

Another big for Mastergrade..

I agree the stuff on their web is outstanding and flawless but the stuff you get and the Customer service is crap!

Oh yeah......they DO sell on ebay. I tried to buy some CF on Ebay from a seller because I was waiting for Mastergrade for soo long. The F'd up thing about it was that as soon as I told the guy my story and how glad I was he was selling his product......he told me that he was just a middleman for Mastergrade..

The whole order finally got cancelled and the Ebay seller refunded my money.

All this bad talk I dunno. I bought a carbon lip, carbon wing for $400 shipped and the fitment was . The price, another . The delivery , only took three days, and I was provided a tracking number only hours after the order was placed. Too much bashing on Mastergrade. I think the service/product were both great, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again...
