The color rims you want is all personal preference. For a fine example of black rims on a black car, look at JohnS2k's car.

As for Worthram's hardtop, it is removable and you can keep the soft top unless you choose to remove it for weight reduction. I believe all the hardtops are removable since they all use OEM hardware (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
