Personally, I saw a lot of people having fun posting absolutely nothing meaningful. That served the purpose. But of course, C3 can erase it anytime he thinks it's just a waste of his diskspace.
I do not see why this should bug anyone.
As the rule of thumb applies, if you are not interested in the thread, don't read it.
If this is suppose to be a technical only forum instead of a social club, you should probably label it. I'm sure a lot of us will be out of place for such a boyish racer forum. It would be a favor to both parties to clarify that. If you can't take a joke, don't freakin' read it.
