Anytime I download some new songs, I transfer them to the iPod and head out for a nice drive. Top down+good music =

Pretty much anything that involves leaving the house.
The wife needs cigarettes, "Oh, let me get those for you honey."
Daughter needs to be picked up from across town
Walmart is always a good one as well.

just last night it was "oh honey, it's going to rain and maybe snow tomorrow, let's take the car tonight, since I may not get to drive it for a couple of days"

I don't take it out at night unless I have to, am only leaving it unattended for a short period of time or park it in a safe area.

You never know who comes out at night and does stupid things. I'd rather not risk it.

My excuse is that I live in Costa Rica for half the year and thus only get to drive the car six months out of the year. I do my best to get a years worth of miles on the car in six months.
