Read in Car & Driver (Oct 05)
The 06 S2000 is upgraded with drive-by-wire throttle control and a vehicle stability system.
Anybody know what this is?

Boycot the 06, buy a used one instead.

Honda needs to know that the drive by wire won't fly on the S...

So glad I bought mine last year!
Don't rush to judgement until you drive it...

I agree. I owned an STi with FBW and it worked great! Subaru did a good job. One of the cool features was high RPM shifting didn't require removing your foot off the gas pedal as the FBW would prevent over-reving.

The only thing that would make me seriously consider an upgrade is if I could get Moonrock in the States. Although Canada isn't that far away.
I wonder what the rules are regarding buying cars in Canada and brining em back to the states?

Hmm....

As long as it meets US specs (emissions, safety, etc.) it can be done. You will be driving to Canada for any warranty work however.
