Thumbs up Soft top and clutch q's

Hello everyone!

I've searched and read a lot regarding replacing soft tops however some issues are still not clear to me:
1. I own a jdm my01 S2k with plastic rear glass which cracked and needs replacement. I'm thinking about replacing the whole soft top.
Should i go with Robbins and their superduper 'Haartz Stayfast Canvas replacement top' or with new OEM one?
Which replacement will cause less pain in the arse and will look like 'plug'n'play' install?
2. As OEM soft tops are concerned, i've found an accessory Blue soft top (#08L31-S2A-130A) and can't understand if it will FIT my 2001 car?
Also i was wondering if this is a whole soft top kit (with inner rails) or just soft cloth with rear window?

I'd very much appreciate if someone indicated OEM part numbers for the following new 2008 S2000 CR parts (can't find them anywhere):
- clutch disc
- clutch pressure plate
- rear trunk wing
- front underspolier
Or please kindly post a link for web site that has them.

Thanks a lot in advance for your time and help!

Respectfully,
del
(a proud owner of s2k type-v)

Fairly sure the clutch wasn't changed on the CR.
Not sure about the underspoiler but the bumper is an AP2 bumper with a special lip.

The Robbins canvas top offers a conversion kit to modify your existing frame to accomodate (fold correctly) the glass. I am happy with the fitment of mine and the quality of material. The glass is easier to keep clean, but much smaller to look out through.

The OEM blue top is with the glass window, so you'll need to have the installing shop modify the topframe to fold different (much like the modification kit that Robbins includes with theirs). Robbins also offers different colors so you may consider using them even if you want a different color option.

In either case, you'll need to re-use the inner (rain) rail off your existing top. The Robbins kit includes the parts to rivet the inner rail and frame modifying straps in place.

Thanks for your replies, guys, and all the info - very helpful!!

I'll go with OEM top then.

And as for the clutch - good to know but strange to hear that it wasn't changed..
I wanted to upgrade the whole clutch but then read about special tension of oem clutch disc springs that are crucial for keeping tranny gears safe from quick heavy shifts and avoid any decel sounds.
So now i'm thinking about TODA lightweight flywheel+AP2 oem clutch+TODA clutch cover. Guess that would be the best street setup.

Regards,
Del
