Faxed a List of parts needed to HardtopGuy last week and again on Monday the 21st. Still no call or response, do they not want to sell Parts or what.

I work for a Dealership, and If I did business like this I wouldn't be here too long.

What happen to customer Service, and is my CASH no good to HTG.

Have you tried PMing him or calling him? Look up the number for Ganley Honda in Ohio and ask for Jeff (i think that's him). He's pretty nice and usually takes care of things pretty fast. Maybe the person that checks the faxes is slacking.

 

Just received a e-mail from them a little while ago, saying that Jeff would give me a call soon.
