Arrow Soft top problem/issue

Hey all

Well, I have a soft top problem. I was taking a leisurely cruise the other day and noticed a lot more wind noise than normal, with the top up. So at the next red light I looked up and around the inner roof, and what do you know, a piece of the soft top has come off of the metal. You can look at the picture and see what piece, but it is basically off the metal and just hanging free now. I can't take the car in until sometime in the middle of the week, but anyone of any info on how or why it came off? I tried to put it back, but its not going back in there at all. Any help?

Oh, car is an MY04 with only 6200 miles on it. TYIA!

It definitely better be covered. I'm worried that they might have to replace the whole soft top or something. I should just have them give me a free hardtop instead if thats the case

Doesn't seem like a major problem and is probably easily fixable. I wouldn't worry about it too much and just take it in.

If they give you a new top that would be nice!

The same thing happened to me. They fixed it in no time.

I noticed it as I was walking to my car. The top was sagging in the rear. I'm not sure what happened, but they said it was an easy fix.

A little bit of this came undone for me too. It's an easy fix, you shouldn't need to take it in. The fabric has an "edge" that slots into a groove on the metal crossbar. You cannot put it back in place when the top is closed. You just have to open the top partially, then the metal crossbars will get closer together and you will have enough slack to re-seat the piece of fabric into the groove on the crossbar.

Try it with the top partially open.
