Someone on here claimed that they got their top replaced through their insurance. I believe it's in one of the last pages in a thread about top tears on page one in s2000 talk.

i bet its statefarm.... i hear they really take care of their customers. (biggest pay out for totaled cars, estimates, etc.)

tsb's are just bulletins to help tech's at dealerships quickly find and fix a common problem. That does not mean there is any type of extra warranty associated with it. If its not something covered under the standard 3/36 dont expect the dealership to help.

Comprehensive coverage will cover that type of thing, I have had customers get completely new engines paid for by insurance.
