Default Soft top tears

My softtop has 2 small tears, one on each side, in the normal wear spots everyone talks about... is there a temporary fix to stop them from ripping further and prevent rain from dripping in?

I need a temporary fix because im buying a Hard top by the end of the year. I need something that will fix it until then.

ty in advance

take it to an upholstery shop. They should be able to glue in a patch.

honda_s2k_racing, let me know if you find a good fix...mine has the same holes and it won't stop raining in Mobile! Just be glad you don't have the plastic rear window....put mine down in the cold the other night and cracked it, now the rain just pours in.

I put clear "packing" tape on the rear window but the sun heats it up in the day making it come loose instantly. I've decided that im just going to save up for a brand new top with glass rear window and defrost.
