Default Softtop latches hitting softtop

So I noticed today that the latches are hitting the softtop material and causing it to "bump up". I dunno if its doing it when the top is up or down, just noticed it today at lunch. Is this something I should worry about, have the dealer look at or ??? Here is a pic of what it looks like on the "roof":

The pic isn't super clear, since all I had was my cell phone, but want to make sure it isn't the start of a future problem.

That's a great picture if you used your cellphone. You'd better go to a dealer and close this thread before xviper finds out...

With a car that's less than three months old, you should go to the dealer with ANY potential problem. Then ask us.

...but to answer the question, I've had an AP1 and AP2, and I've never seen anything like this. Probably a problem.

That looks weird

Can you make another picture, but this time from the inside?
