You know what, maybe it doesnt offend you but maybe it could offend others. And honestly, I grew up in the "culture" as well. I'm not trying to slap a racism tag on you, I'm stating that its an immature comment. You're free to say whatever you want, and so am I. And who needs to pull that "I have a university degree" bullshit crap. So are you saying people who don't are worse off? Again, thats just a stupid comment that doesnt have any value. I have a university degree as well, want to start a pissing contest and see who's school is ranked better? Jeez. Take a suggestion and blow it out of the water why don't you.

Honestly, for you to be even bringing all of this up shows how immature you are in the first place(whatever your age may be). It was a simple suggestion and in the interest of others on the board I feel that a comment like that is just not in the best interests of a community, that this supposedly is supposed to be.

You also don't need to get on the defensive, if you yourself are so proud of your own heritage.

If you can't take a simple suggestion into consideration, then I don't know why you are a moderator. Stop acting like a child and feel like you need to defend every simple thing you do by assuming you know everything about everyone else.

I can take a lot of humor. What I can't take is individuals whether or not they are asian, to produce comments that add no value to this community. Obviously you don't take pride in your own culture if you consider your language to be and look like chicken scratch. It shows how little you value the vast culture and heritage associated with your own language. I'm not even chinese, but I respect the language.

Yeah, maybe I'm taking this too far, and maybe you are taking this too far. But its comments like that, that will forever fuel the "ching chong chang" kinda bullsh!t that still plagues the world today.

Obviously someone is insecure about their own culture.

And my apologies to the board for not taking this into Pm in the first place. If you want to discuss this further xviper, feel free, but as far as this thread goes, I'm done. Take it however you want.

Have you ever once considered the fact that he might be referring to how poorly written the words are?

I know I personally have difficulties deciphering what those words are.

You make some good points... But really, there are more important things in this world to worry about than bitching about a comment... Get over it and stop being so sensitive....

Hey genius! You were the one who threw the first stone. You called me "stupid". I'm just defending myself. Or do you not have the smarts to see that.

Again, thats just a stupid comment that doesnt have any value.
I just explained the "value" of it. However, I doubt you'd see "value" if it was rammed up your ass.

I have a university degree as well, want to start a pissing contest and see who's school is ranked better?
I don't think so, however, you probably got the life experiences of a pumpkin, so no contest.

that this supposedly is supposed to be.
Sorry, but I've seen enough nut cases on this forum to know that just because it's a "community" doesn't mean I have any affiliation with you.

then I don't know why you are a moderator
Hey there, UNIVERSITY BOY! Take a closer look. I'm NOT a moderator. I'm a Community Organizer. In case your high educational credentials can't decipher what this means. It means I have absolutely no connection with this site nor do we share the same views. I organize meets in my own area. If you wish to apply "god" status to this, that's your problem, not mine.

Stop acting like a child
First, I consider this to be an insult and my response to you is: you, clown!

Oh, have you seen the responses to your post? Yup, sure looks like my comment offended the "community".

Take it to PM? That's my private utility. I wouldn't give you the time of day by PM. I'd rather slam dunk you publicly. Starting to feel more insecure now?
