Song and Mindcore have mentioned that they would pay $5 a month to keep this site running in the "Black". Anyone else? I know I would. Besides, what is five buck a month to us? I visit this site once sometimes more a day. I would have to say my visit today was worth 17 Cents
Count me in.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Thank you so much for your warm generosity but I have wonderful news. Your personal donations will not be necessary.

I have always believed that a site such as this would be able to generate way more than enough sponsor support to pay for itself. It is true that it takes a while to get the sponsors together and get enough of them to pay the whole amount necessary. I invested my own money because I know this to be true.

Well as of last week I have enough sponsor commitments to cover all operating cost of S2000Online. It took a while but I wanted to be sure we had the best sponsors out there. We certainly have that. A new sponsor will be online sometime next week. Five sponsors is enough to do it, just. There is one remaining sponsorship slot available which I'm waiting to hear back on from a major player in the biz. I can assure you that S2000Online is more than viable for the forseeable future.

I would just like to say how very impressed I am with the membership of this board. The single greatest factor in the decision of many sponsors has been the maturity, knowledge and mutual respect the members show eachother and the sponsors. I owe a great thanks to all of you as you have done as much as anyone individually to make this site a success.

If you still feel compelled to donate funds I will not stop or discourage you. There are always a great number of things we can do with it to improve this site and the community. I am putting together greeting cards for one and am always willing to accept suggestions for other ways to improve.

Thanks again to all the fantastic and generous members!

I'm willing, especially if I get some kind of special star for donating. Cool idea huh!

Me too! I think those who agree to help out would appreciate some kind of cool recognition.

But then again, if we are running in the black, maybe the point is moot.

But if you decide to allow it, let us know.
