spa yellow+cf hood=rice?
after going to an ITR meet i noticed that a lot of the PY ITR's had CF hoods. its the first time i have seen a yellow car with cf hood in person and i thought it looked pretty nice. so now im thinking of getting a cf hood but before getting one i want to get your opinions so i wont get flammed when i post pics of it. so what are you opinions on it? Thanks guys...
I think they are rice myself. Our hood is already made of aluminum and very lightweight. Dropping a grip of money to save a couple pounds plus having a black hood on a non-black car = rice. Now if our hood weighed a shitload I would be ok with it as long as it was painted body color. Too many riced out ITR's and Civics have ruined the CF thing for me.
Let all the CF owners flaming begin!

haha, rice? How random is that. Anways, I have seen so many yellow ITRs with black cf hoods. Why? Cuz it looks good. Trends catch on becasue they think it looks dope. Now, on the S, the hood is already light. I would get the Amuse or the J's cuz it has vents as well as being cf, but if I do get one, it'll definitely be the Amuse...
I personally think it looks pretty good. Carbon fiber and titanium will be the theme in which my car will consist of. Everybody is entitled to their personal opinions. Don't let the words of others discourage you, not unless it is absolutely ridiculous.
