Default Spa Yellow or Silverstone Metallic ?

I would like to know who on this site prefers which colour and why ??

Are there any benefits of having one over the other, for example Zaino time :-) ...

If you are an owner of either one, what colour would you order your 2nd s2000 in ?

thanks

i believe his question was yellow or silver
i think the yellow is amazing, and guarantees you many looks. weather they are good or bad. yet you can never go wrong with silver.
i guess your best bet is to wait and see the new silver and see if you really like it.
i think the majority will prefer the silver actually b/c most of the members have silver s2k's

Personally I think the Yellow is the best looking S2k...looks great...but, notice I got the Silverstone...I still love the silver stone as a close second in color but, the reason it got it was...

1. I wanted red interior
2. Here in Phoenix it is really hard to keep your car looking clean and silver shows dust the least
3. Prolly the biggest reason is here in Phoenix you happen to get a lot of rock chips...and I am a perfectionist and I new that I would go nuts if you looked at the front of my car and saw a whole mess of rock chips...well on my silverstone I have tons of them but, unless you are about an inch away you can't tell and therefore the paint holds up a lot better from a viewing standpoint...the yellow when it chips tends to show the black behind the yellow paint so it is really easy to see where the chips are and therefor harder to keep the car looking great...

It's all up to you though bud...to each his own!

man i hear ya bout those paint chips. i got a silver tl and man, that thing is nasty from the front up close. so many paint chips it's nasty. it looks like i was tailgaiting a gravel truck for days and nights
but i also have to agree with you that YELLOW is the most amazing color. i love red, love the way it matches the red lights and the way the black looks so nice with it... the top matches it so well, it doesn't look too strong on color combo, however sometimes i feel as if yellow and a black top looks too wierd. meaning i feel as if the black top is too strong for the yellow car and maybe the red in the lights throws off the yellow in the car a bit.
but hey, if ferrari can pull off a yellow car with red lights, why can't the s2k as well?
my three choices are
yellow
red
silver

btw, why do you say that in phoenix you get a lot of rock chips... what makes phoenix more of a rock chip city than ft. lauderdale

Well the reason Phoenix is so bad on rock chips is because everythig in phoenix is...well...rocks...landscaping, parkways, the area inbetween you and on coming traffic on highways...everything rock...not to mention with all the dust storms it blows all this rock all over the streets. I can't drive 3 miles on the interstate without getting hit once or twice...In Chicago where I used to live I never had this problem...hell I didn't even have rock chips on my cars till I came here...

I've never been a really big fan of yellow cars...untill I saw a yellow S2000. Had to have it. I think the yellow makes the car look even more unique. Get the yellow, you won't regret it.
