Spare Tire Cover
I've found that it comes off much easier if you lube the muffler bearings first....
I'm not sure exactly what you're having difficulty with there. The cover is held on with three(?) push clips and just pops out when they're removed. The tire itself is held down by a bolt that screws down.

I thought for several minutes before hitting the "post" button on this knowing I'd get a wiseass response.
I've pulled, pushed and twisted those three clips - not coming free. Going outside for another look.
